    1. Rinse the salad leaves thoroughly.
    2. Halve the tomatoes.
    3. Cut the cucumber, pepper and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

    1. Slice the medister sausage.
    2. Fry the slices over medium heat until cooked through and coloured.
