    • 1200 g 1,200 g fresh tomatoes
    • 2 stk 2 onions
    • 4 fed 4 garlic cloves
    • 1 stk 1 carrot
  • Liquid and fat

    • 5 dl 500 ml vegetable stock
    • 2 spsk 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Flavoring

    • 1 spsk 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 tsk 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 knsp 1 pinch sugar
    • 1 tsk 1 tsp salt
    • 1 knsp 1 pinch black pepper
  • To finish

    • 1 dl 100 ml cream or cooking cream

      Prep the vegetables

      1. Cut the tomatoes into rough pieces.
      2. Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Peel the carrot and slice it.

      Let the soup cook

      1. Put all the ingredients except the cream into the slow cooker.
      2. Stir briefly and put on the lid.
      3. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours.

      1. Blend the soup completely smooth, directly in the slow cooker or in a blender.
