    • 1.8 oz Rolled oats
    • about 0.8 cup Milk
    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
    • 1 stk Apple, coarsely grated
    • ½ tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Honey

    Mix the overnight oats

    1. Add oats, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey to a bowl or jar.
    2. Stir well so the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
    3. Fold in the grated apple.

    1. Cover the bowl or close the jar with a lid.
    2. Refrigerate overnight so it turns thick and creamy.
