    • 7.1 oz Butter, softened
    • 3.5 oz Sugar
    • 6.2 oz Flour
    • 0.9 oz Cocoa powder
    • 1.8 oz Cornflakes, lightly crushed
  • Icing

    • 5.3 oz Icing sugar
    • about 0.5 oz Cocoa powder
    • about 0.5 oz Butter, melted
    • 20 stk Walnut halves

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180 °C

    1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, cocoa and cornflakes and stir to a stiff dough.

    Shape into rough balls

    1. Shape into rough balls with a spoon and place on a lined baking tray. Press down gently.

    Bake until golden

    1. Bake 12–15 min. Let cool completely on the tray.

    Mix icing from icing sugar

    1. Mix icing from icing sugar, cocoa, melted butter and a little hot water. Top each biscuit with icing and a walnut half.
