- 7.1 oz Butter, softened
- 3.5 oz Sugar
- 6.2 oz Flour
- 0.9 oz Cocoa powder
- 1.8 oz Cornflakes, lightly crushed
Icing
- 5.3 oz Icing sugar
- about 0.5 oz Cocoa powder
- about 0.5 oz Butter, melted
- 20 stk Walnut halves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 °C
- Preheat oven to 180 °C. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, cocoa and cornflakes and stir to a stiff dough.

Shape into rough balls
- Shape into rough balls with a spoon and place on a lined baking tray. Press down gently.

Bake until golden
- Bake 12–15 min. Let cool completely on the tray.

Mix icing from icing sugar
- Mix icing from icing sugar, cocoa, melted butter and a little hot water. Top each biscuit with icing and a walnut half.
