- 7.1 oz Cornflour
- 3.5 oz Plain flour

Cream butter and icing sugar
- Cream butter and icing sugar until light. Add egg yolks one at a time.

Sift cornflour, flour and baking powder
- Sift cornflour, flour and baking powder. Fold into butter mixture to a soft dough. Chill 30 min.

Roll to 5 mm thickness
- Roll to 5 mm thickness. Cut circles (about 5 cm). Bake at 160 °C for 10–12 min — they should not colour.

- Sandwich two biscuits with a layer of dulce de leche. Roll the edge in coconut.
