    • 7.1 oz Cornflour
    • 3.5 oz Plain flour
    • 1 tsp Baking powder

    • 10.6 oz Dulce de leche
    • 3.5 oz Desiccated coconut

    1. Sift cornflour, flour and baking powder. Fold into butter mixture to a soft dough. Chill 30 min.

    1. Roll to 5 mm thickness. Cut circles (about 5 cm). Bake at 160 °C for 10–12 min — they should not colour.
