- 3.5 oz Desiccated coconut
- 3.5 oz Flour
- 3.5 oz Sugar
- 4.4 oz Butter
- 2 tbsp Golden syrup

- Combine oats, coconut, flour and sugar in a large bowl and stir until evenly mixed.

- Melt butter and syrup. Dissolve bicarb in 2 tbsp hot water and stir in.
