    • 3 spsk Mayonnaise
    • 2 spsk Skyr or crème fraîche
    • 1 tsk Dijon mustard
    • 1 spsk Chives, finely chopped

    • 4 stk Bagels
    • 1 håndfuld Lettuce
    • 0.5 stk Cucumber, sliced
    • 1 stk Red onion, thinly sliced

    Boil the eggs

    1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
    2. Bring the water to a boil and boil the eggs for 8–9 minutes.
    3. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.

    Make the egg salad

    1. Chop the boiled eggs coarsely.
    2. Mix the eggs with mayonnaise, skyr, Dijon mustard and chives.
    3. Season with salt and pepper.

    Prepare the bagels

    1. Split the bagels and toast them lightly, if desired.

    Assemble the bagels

    1. Place lettuce on the bottom of each bagel.
    2. Spread egg salad and top with cucumber and red onion.
