Baked porridge
- 1¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 stk apple, grated or in small dice
- 1 stk egg
- 1⅔ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey or syrup

Mix the batter
- Mix the oats, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
- Add apple, egg, milk and honey and stir everything together.

- Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes, until the porridge is set and lightly golden.
