  • Feta cream

    • 150 g feta
    • 1 dl Greek yogurt
    • 1 spsk lemon juice
    • 1 spsk olive oil

    Slice the potatoes

    1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

    Toss with oil and seasoning

    1. Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt and pepper.

    1. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
