  • 500 g Boneless chicken thighs, in pieces
  • 1 stk Onion, chopped
  • 2 stk Carrots, diced
  • 150 g Celeriac, diced
  • 40 g Dried okra
  • 1200 ml Chicken stock
  • 150 g Crème fraîche
  • 1 stk Egg yolk

    Start the soup

    1. Sauté the onion, carrots, and celeriac in a little oil in a large pot for 5 minutes.

    Cook the chicken and okra

    1. Add the chicken, okra, and stock. Simmer for 45 minutes, until the chicken is tender and the okra soft.

    Finish with cream

    1. Whisk the crème fraîche and egg yolk in a bowl. Whisk in a little hot soup, then stir the mixture back into the pot without boiling.
