- 500 g Boneless chicken thighs, in pieces
- 1 stk Onion, chopped
- 2 stk Carrots, diced
- 150 g Celeriac, diced
- 40 g Dried okra
- 1200 ml Chicken stock
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- 1 stk Egg yolk

Start the soup
- Sauté the onion, carrots, and celeriac in a little oil in a large pot for 5 minutes.
Pot - 2
Cook the chicken and okra
- Add the chicken, okra, and stock. Simmer for 45 minutes, until the chicken is tender and the okra soft.

Finish with cream
- Whisk the crème fraîche and egg yolk in a bowl. Whisk in a little hot soup, then stir the mixture back into the pot without boiling.
