Portuguese street bread with thin slices of pork marinated in garlic, paprika and white wine. Served in a soft roll, dipped in the cooking juices.

    • 400 g Thin pork cutlets (pounded)
    • 4 fed Garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 dl White wine
    • 1 tsk Smoked paprika
    • 2 spsk Olive oil
    • 4 stk Soft bread rolls (papo-seco style)

Instructions

    Cook the pork

    1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry garlic briefly. Add the meat and brown quickly on both sides. Pour in wine and paprika. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

    Serve in bread

    1. Split the rolls. Dip the insides briefly in the pan juices. Place the meat in and serve immediately.
