Portuguese street bread with thin slices of pork marinated in garlic, paprika and white wine. Served in a soft roll, dipped in the cooking juices.

- 400 g Thin pork cutlets (pounded)
- 4 fed Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl White wine
- 1 tsk Smoked paprika
- 2 spsk Olive oil
- 4 stk Soft bread rolls (papo-seco style)
Instructions

Cook the pork
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry garlic briefly. Add the meat and brown quickly on both sides. Pour in wine and paprika. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

Serve in bread
- Split the rolls. Dip the insides briefly in the pan juices. Place the meat in and serve immediately.
