Ingredients

  • 300 g All-purpose flour
  • 150 ml Lukewarm water
  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 1 stk Onion, very finely chopped
  • 300 g Plain yogurt
  • 2 fed Garlic, crushed
  • 40 g Butter

    Make dough and filling

    1. Knead the flour, water, and a pinch of salt into a smooth dough. Rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the meat, onion, salt, and pepper.

    Shape the klepe

    1. Roll the dough thinly and cut into small squares. Put a little filling on each, fold into triangles, and press the edges firmly closed.

    Boil and serve

    1. Boil the klepe in lightly salted water for 6–8 minutes, until they float and the filling is cooked. Mix the yogurt and garlic, then drizzle with melted butter to serve.
