  • 7 g Instant yeast
  • 350 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1.5 tsk Salt
  • 1 tsk Sugar
  • 30 g Flour for shaping

    Knead and rise

    1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Add the water and knead for 8 minutes into a soft dough. Cover and rise for 1 hour.

    Shape the breads

    1. Heat the oven and a baking sheet to 250°C. Divide the dough into six pieces, press them flat, and make a light diamond pattern with your fingertips.
