- 1¼ cup Buttermilk
- about 0.4 cup Lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1½ tsp Salt
- about 1.1 oz Butter, softened

Dissolve the yeast
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.

- Knead in the flour a little at a time until the dough is soft and smooth.
