    • 1 stk Onion, finely chopped
    • 2 fed Garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 stk Red bell pepper, in strips
    • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
    • ½ tsp Saffron or turmeric
    • 3 cup Vegetable or chicken stock
    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • ½ tsp Pepper

    Prepare the campfire

    1. Build a fire and let it burn down to steady embers.

    Sauté vegetables and spices

    1. Heat olive oil in the cast-iron pot over embers.
    2. Sauté onion, garlic and bell pepper until soft.
    3. Add paprika and saffron and stir briefly.
