- 500 g Beef in strips
- 500 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrots
- 1 stk Onion
- 2 spsk Olive oil
- 1 tsk Paprika
- 1 tsk Salt
- 0.5 tsk Pepper

Prepare the ingredients
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut it into wedges.
- Cut the beef into strips if it is not already prepared.

Brown the meat and onion
- Heat the oil in the pan over the fire.
- Cook the beef until browned.
- Add the onion and cook a few minutes more.
