- 600 g Salmon fillet
- 1 stk Lemon
- 40 g Butter
- 1 bundt Fresh dill
- 1 spsk Olive oil
- 1 knsp Salt

Prepare the salmon
- Place the salmon on a large sheet of foil.
- Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Slice the lemon and lay the slices on the salmon.
- Top with fresh dill.

- Dot the salmon with small pieces of butter.
- Seal the foil tightly around the fish.
