- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 1 stk Onion
- 300 g Sausages
- 1 stk Vegetable bouillon cube
- 5 dl Water
- 1 spsk Tomato paste
- 1 spsk Oil
- 1 tsk Dried thyme
- 0.5 tsk Salt
- 0.3 tsk Pepper
Instructions

Cut vegetables and sausages
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel the onion and chop it coarsely.
- Slice the sausages.

Sauté onion and sausages
- Heat the oil in the pot.
- Sauté the onion and sausages for a few minutes.

Finish the pot
- Add the potatoes and carrots.
- Stir in the tomato paste and thyme.
- Pour in the water and dissolve the bouillon cube.
- Simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
