  • Stew

    • 300 g Prawns, peeled
    • 300 g Clams, cleaned
    • 100 g Chouriço, sliced
    • 1 stk Onion, chopped
    • 3 fed Garlic, finely chopped
    • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
    • 1 dl White wine
    • 2 spsk Olive oil
    • 2 spsk Fresh coriander

    Build the stew

    1. Sauté onion, garlic and chouriço in oil. Add tomatoes and wine. Bring to the boil.

    Add seafood

    1. Place prawns and clams on top. Cover. Cook for 5–8 minutes until clams open. Sprinkle with coriander.
