    • 25 g yeast
    • 3.5 dl lukewarm water
    • 2 spsk olive oil
    • 1.5 tsk salt
    • 200 g grated carrot
    • 150 g ham, diced
    • 150 g grated cheese
    • 550 g wheat flour

    Dissolve the yeast

    1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.

    Bring the dough together

    1. Add the oil and salt.
    2. Stir in the carrot, ham and cheese.
    3. Knead in the flour a little at a time until the dough is soft and pliable.

    Let the dough rise

    1. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise about 1 hour, until doubled.

    Shape the buns

    1. Divide the dough into about 14 pieces and shape into buns.
    2. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

    1. Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, until the buns are golden.
