Chicken and sauce
- 600 g chicken breast, sliced
- 4 spsk soy sauce
- 3 spsk mirin
- 2 spsk honey
- 1 spsk freshly grated ginger
- 2 fed garlic cloves, minced
- 1 spsk neutral oil for frying
- 1 tsk cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water

Make teriyaki sauce
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.

Cook the chicken
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook chicken pieces 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Glaze with sauce
- Reduce heat to medium, pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir.
- Let the sauce reduce for 2-3 minutes until thick and glossy. Coat the chicken in the sauce. Serve with rice and sesame seeds.
