    • 600 g chicken breast, sliced
    • 4 spsk soy sauce
    • 3 spsk mirin
    • 2 spsk honey
    • 1 spsk freshly grated ginger
    • 2 fed garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 spsk neutral oil for frying
    • 1 tsk cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water

    Make teriyaki sauce

    1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.

    Cook the chicken

    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook chicken pieces 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

    Glaze with sauce

    1. Reduce heat to medium, pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir.
