    1. Put all ingredients in a stand mixer and mix everything together at once for 15 minutes until the dough is completely smooth.

    1. Shape the dough into rolls and firm them in the fridge so they can be sliced thinly.

    1. Slice the cold dough rolls thinly and place them on baking paper.
