    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 knsp Salt
  • Pink beet hummus

    • 5.3 oz Cooked beetroot
    • 5.3 oz Chickpeas, drained
    • 1 tbsp Tahini
    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
    • 1 knsp Salt
  • Egg salad

    • 4 stk Eggs
    • tbsp Mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
    • ½ tsp curry
    • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Toast

    • 4 skiver Bread slices

    Prep the eggs

    1. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes.

    Make the egg salad

    1. Mix the eggs with mayonnaise, crème fraîche, curry and turmeric.

    1. Boil the peas briefly and drain.
    2. Blend the peas with lemon, oil and salt until smooth.
