    • tsp Dried oregano

    Blend cottage cheese and eggs

    1. Blend the cottage cheese and eggs with a stick blender or in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

    Stir in the dry ingredients

    1. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the flour, baking powder and salt.

    Shape small bases

    1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    2. Use two spoons dipped in water to shape small, rustic bases on the tray.

    Add the topping

    1. Preheat the oven to 190°C fan.
