  • 1 stk 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 fed 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 stk 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 spsk 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 8 dl 800 ml chicken broth
  • 150 g 150 g spaghetti, broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 dl 100 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tsk 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsk ½ tsp pepper

    Brown the chicken

    1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.
    2. Lightly brown the chicken cubes, then lift them out again.

    Build the soup

    1. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in the pot.
    2. Add the Cajun seasoning and tomato paste and cook briefly.

    2. Add the broken spaghetti and simmer until the pasta is tender.
