    • 1 kvist 1 sprig fresh thyme
    • 1 tsk 1 tsp salt

    Prepare the vegetables

    1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
    2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into dice.
    3. Peel and roughly chop the onion.
    4. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.

    Sauté the onion and apple

    1. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
    2. Add the onion and apple.
    3. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion is soft.

    Cook the soup

    1. Add the cauliflower and potatoes.
    2. Pour over the vegetable broth.
    3. Add the thyme.
    4. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
