    • 1 spsk Olive oil
    • 2 tsk Paprika
    • 1 tsk Garlic powder
    • 1 tsk Onion powder
    • 1 tsk Brown sugar

    Drain and rinse

    1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.

    Dry them completely

    1. Pat the chickpeas completely dry in a clean kitchen towel (the drier they are, the crispier they get).

    Mix oil and spices

    1. Put the chickpeas in a bowl.
    2. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar and salt.

    Cook until crispy

    1. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer in the air-fryer basket.
    2. Cook at 200°C for 15–18 minutes.
