  • 800 g Pork neck or shoulder, cubed
  • 250 ml Dry red wine
  • 2 spsk Coriander seeds, coarsely crushed
  • 2 spsk Olive oil
  • 1 tsk Salt and black pepper

    Marinate the pork

    1. Mix the pork with wine and coriander seeds. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if possible.

    1. Lift the pork out of the marinade. Heat the oil in a pot and brown the meat in batches.
