    • about 0.6 cup Lukewarm water (35–40 °C)
    • 0.1 oz Dry yeast (about 1 tsp)
    • ½ tsp Sugar
    • 8.8 oz Wheat flour
    • ¾ tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil

    Make and rise the dough

    1. Activate yeast in lukewarm water with sugar 5–10 minutes. Add salt, oil and flour; knead to a soft dough.
    2. Rise about 50–60 minutes until doubled. Divide into 2–3 small flutes and rest 10 minutes.

    Air-fry the flutes

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 175 °C / 350 °F if your model recommends it. Lightly oil the basket.
    2. Place 2–3 flutes with gaps. Cook 12–15 minutes – turn after 7–8 minutes for even browning.
    3. Done when the crust is golden and they sound hollow when tapped lightly. Bake a second batch right away if needed.
