- 3 stk Eggs
- 1 stk Onion
- 1 stk Bell pepper
- 5.3 oz Frozen peas or mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Pepper

Heat the griddle
- Heat the griddle over medium heat and add oil.

Fry the vegetables
- Roughly chop the onion and pepper.
- Fry them with the peas on the griddle until tender.

Add rice and eggs
- Spread the cooked rice on the plate and toss with the vegetables.
- Push the rice aside and crack the eggs onto the free part of the plate.
- Scramble the eggs lightly, then fold them into the rice.
