- 400 g Cooked fava beans (canned or soaked dried)
- 3 spsk Olive oil
- 1 tsk Ground cumin
- 2 fed Garlic, minced
- 2 spsk Lemon juice
- 1 tsk Salt
- 2 spsk Fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the beans
- Warm the beans in a pot with a little of their liquid over medium heat.

- Add garlic, cumin, and salt. Roughly mash half the beans with a fork.

Serve
- Divide into bowls, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley. Serve with bread.
