    • 25 g yeast
    • 3 dl lukewarm water
    • 2 spsk olive oil
    • 1.5 tsk salt
    • 500 g wheat flour
  • Garlic butter

    • 75 g soft butter
    • 3 fed garlic, finely chopped
    • 2 spsk fresh parsley, finely chopped

    Dissolve the yeast

    1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.

    Knead the dough

    1. Add oil, salt and flour.
    2. Knead until the dough is smooth and pliable.

    Let the dough rise

    1. Cover and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

    Roll and fill

    1. Stir butter, garlic and parsley together.
    2. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll them into circles.
