- 10.6 oz green lentils (cooked)
- about 0.4 cup rolled oats
- 1 stk egg
- 1 stk onion
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs
Topping
- about 0.4 cup crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 1 stk carrot (grated)
- 1 stk courgette (grated)
Instructions

Mix the lentil mixture
- Roughly mash the lentils and mix with oats, egg, chopped onion, grated vegetables and herbs.

- Press the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.

Make the topping
- Mix crème fraîche with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
