Suggestions

  • • Cut each pizza in halves or quarters. The face holds better if you cut along the edge.

Drink Pairings

  • • water: Cold water.

Side Pairings

  • • Green salad.

Storage

Fresh

  • • Duration: 2 days
  • • Temperature: 5°C
  • • Method: Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Frozen

  • • Duration: 1 months
  • • Temperature: -18°C
  • • Method: Freeze unbaked pizzas without olives that can turn watery. Add the face after thawing.

Reheating

  • • Oven: Warm at 200°C / 400°F until the cheese melts again. (200°C)

Tips

Preparation

  • • Cut the vegetables the same size so the faces look similar across the pizzas.

Cooking

  • • Too much sauce makes the pita soggy. A thin layer is enough.

Serving

  • • Let each guest lay their own face if you have time — it is fine if they turn out different.

Variations

Flavor

  • A pinch of chili in the tomato sauce adds depth if you want it.

Method

  • Bake one sheet at a time if the oven is small so the faces keep their shape.

Toppings

  • Corn as teeth in the mouth looks calm and is easy to lay on.
