- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

- about 0.4 cup milk

- 7.1 oz grated pumpkin (Hokkaido)
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)

Preheat and prepare
- Turn the oven to 180°C and place muffin cases in a baking tray.
- Lightly grease the cases if they are not silicone.

Mix dry ingredients
- Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and salt together in a bowl.
- Make sure to distribute the baking powder evenly.

Make the batter
- Whisk eggs, brown sugar and melted butter together. Add milk and grated pumpkin.
- Then fold the dry ingredients into the batter until uniform.

Add chocolate
- Fold the chopped chocolate into the batter.

- Divide the batter into the cases (about 2/3 full) and bake in the centre of the oven.
