Ahi poke – local Hawaii raw tuna poke
Classic local Hawaii ahi poke: diced raw tuna with soy, sesame oil, onion, and limu/nori. This is local Hawaii food — not a Native Hawaiian ceremonial dish, and not a mainland poke-bowl chain plate.
