    • 300 g Greek yogurt (10%)
    • 1 tsk Lemon (juice)
    • 0.5 tsk Salt
    • 0.3 tsk Black pepper
  • Herbs and flavor

    • 1 spsk Fresh dill (finely chopped)
    • 1 tsk Dried mint
    • 1 knsp Crushed chili (optional)
  • Garlic butter and finish

    • 1 spsk Butter
    • 2 fed Garlic
    • 1 spsk Olive oil

    Melt the butter with garlic

    1. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat and add pressed garlic. Cook for 1 minute – enough for aroma, without letting it brown.

    Cool

    1. Take the pan off the heat and let the butter cool slightly so the yogurt does not split.

    Mix the haydari

    1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, dill, mint, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Fold in the garlic butter last.

    Taste and serve

    1. Taste and adjust with more mint, lemon or chili if you like. Serve cold with bread or as a side to grilled food.
