- 1 stk Banana
- 1 stk Egg
- 60 g Peanut butter
- 2 spsk Rapeseed or sunflower oil
- 2 spsk Acacia honey
- 1 knsp Salt
- 1 tsk Baking powder
- 0.5 tsk Vanilla powder
- 0.3 tsk Ground cinnamon
- 150 g Oats
- 50 g Almonds, coarsely chopped
- 50 g 70% dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

Prepare the wet ingredients
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add egg, peanut butter, oil and honey and stir together.

Add the dry ingredients
- Stir salt, baking powder, vanilla powder and cinnamon into the dough.
- Fold in oats, chopped almonds and dark chocolate.

Bake the cookies
- Shape small mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press them lightly flat.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 12–15 minutes, until golden at the edges.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
