Heart-shaped toast
- 4 skiver Sliced bread
- 7.1 oz Mozzarella
- 2 stk Tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp Green pesto
- 1 tbsp Butter

Cut hearts
- Cut hearts from the bread using a heart-shaped cutter or cut them freehand.

Fill the toast
- Lightly butter the outside of the bread.
- Spread pesto, mozzarella and tomato slices on two of the hearts.
- Place the remaining hearts on top.

Warm and crispy
- Fry the toasts golden in a pan over medium heat.
- Turn carefully so the mozzarella melts without the bread burning.
