    • 7.1 oz Mozzarella
    • 2 stk Tomatoes, sliced
    • 2 tbsp Green pesto
    • 1 tbsp Butter

    Cut hearts

    1. Cut hearts from the bread using a heart-shaped cutter or cut them freehand.

    Fill the toast

    1. Lightly butter the outside of the bread.
    2. Spread pesto, mozzarella and tomato slices on two of the hearts.
    3. Place the remaining hearts on top.

    Warm and crispy

    1. Fry the toasts golden in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Turn carefully so the mozzarella melts without the bread burning.
