Muesli base
- 1⅔ cup Rolled oats
- about 0.4 cup Chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or hazelnuts)
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil or butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Honey or syrup
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 knsp Salt
After baking
- 1.8 oz Dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix oats, nuts, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl.

Into the oven
- Stir melted coconut oil and honey into the mixture.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 175°C for about 18–20 minutes, stirring gently along the way.

Let it cool
- Let the muesli cool completely — that is what makes it crunchy.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate once the mixture has cooled.
