  • 2 spsk honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsk vanilla sugar
  • 200 g fresh or frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 spsk lemon juice

    Blend the berries

    1. Put the berries in a blender with the lemon juice and blend until smooth. Use fresh or lightly thawed berries.

    1. Stir yogurt, honey and vanilla sugar together in a bowl. Gently fold in the blended berries so it stays lightly marbled.
