  • 200 g Rice
  • 150 g Brown lentils
  • 150 g Elbow macaroni
  • 3 stk Onions, thinly sliced into rings
  • 400 g Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 4 fed Garlic, minced
  • 3 spsk White vinegar
  • 1 tsk Cumin
  • 0.5 tsk Chili flakes
  • 4 spsk Oil for frying

    Cook rice and lentils

    1. Boil lentils for 15 min. Cook rice separately. Cook pasta al dente.

    Make tomato sauce

    1. Sauté garlic in oil, add tomatoes, vinegar, cumin, and chili. Simmer 10 min.

    Fry onions until crispy

    1. Fry onion rings in plenty of oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
