    • about 1.1 cup Cream
    • 3.5 oz Cheddar, grated
    • 2 fed Garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme or rosemary
    • 1 tsp Salt and pepper

    Preheat oven to 180 °C
