- 350 g All-purpose flour
- 7 g Instant yeast
- 220 ml Warm water
- 1 spsk Olive oil
- 1 tsk Salt
- 350 g Minced lamb or beef
- 1 stk Onion, roughly chopped
- 1 stk Red pepper, roughly chopped
- 1 stk Tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 spsk Tomato paste
- 25 g Fresh parsley
- 1 tsk Pul biber or chili flakes
- 1 tsk Sweet paprika
- 0.5 tsk Ground cumin
- 1 stk Lemon, to serve

Knead and rise the dough
- Combine the flour, yeast, water, oil, and salt. Knead for 8 minutes, cover, and rise for 30 minutes.

Make the meat topping
- Briefly blend the onion, pepper, tomato, and parsley to a coarse mixture. Mix with the meat, tomato paste, and spices.

Roll and bake
- Heat the oven with a baking sheet to 250°C. Divide the dough into four, roll very thinly, and spread on a thin layer of topping. Bake one or two at a time for 6–8 minutes.
