Egg mixture
- 10 stk eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 1 tsk salt
- 0.5 tsk black pepper
Vegetables and filling
- 1 stk onion, finely chopped
- 1 stk red pepper, diced
- 100 g spinach, fresh
- 150 g grated cheese
- 2 spsk olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the vegetables
- Chop the onion finely and cut the pepper into small dice.
- Rinse the spinach and let it drain.

Sauté the filling
- Warm the olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and pepper for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the spinach and let it wilt. Take the pan off the heat.

Make the egg mixture
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
- Stir the sautéed vegetables and half of the cheese into the egg mixture.

Bake the frittata
- Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.
- Scatter the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake at 180°C for about 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

Rest and serve
- Let the frittata rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
