  • Egg mixture

    • 10 stk eggs
    • 2 dl milk
    • 1 tsk salt
    • 0.5 tsk black pepper
  • Vegetables and filling

    • 1 stk onion, finely chopped
    • 1 stk red pepper, diced
    • 100 g spinach, fresh
    • 150 g grated cheese
    • 2 spsk olive oil

    Prepare the vegetables

    1. Chop the onion finely and cut the pepper into small dice.
    2. Rinse the spinach and let it drain.

    Sauté the filling

    1. Warm the olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and pepper for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
    2. Add the spinach and let it wilt. Take the pan off the heat.

    Make the egg mixture

    1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
    2. Stir the sautéed vegetables and half of the cheese into the egg mixture.

    Bake the frittata

    1. Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.
    2. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top.
    3. Bake at 180°C for about 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

    1. Let the frittata rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
