- 400 g ground beef
- 1 stk onion, finely chopped
- 2 fed garlic, finely chopped
- 1 spsk olive oil
- 2 spsk tomato paste
- 1 dåse chopped tomatoes
- 8 dl beef stock
- 150 g lasagna sheets, broken into smaller pieces
- 1 tsk dried oregano
- 1 tsk salt
- 0.5 tsk pepper
- 1 dl cooking cream
Instructions

Brown the meat
- Warm the olive oil in a large pot.
- Sauté onion and garlic briefly.
- Add the ground beef and brown it well.

Build the soup
- Stir the tomato paste into the meat and let it cook for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and beef stock.
- Season with oregano, salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in the soup
- Add the broken lasagna sheets to the soup.
- Let it simmer until the pasta is tender.

Make it creamy
- Stir in the cooking cream and let the soup warm through.
