  • 1 stk onion, finely chopped
  • 2 fed garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 spsk olive oil
  • 2 spsk tomato paste
  • 1 dåse chopped tomatoes
  • 8 dl beef stock
  • 150 g lasagna sheets, broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 tsk dried oregano
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 0.5 tsk pepper
  • 1 dl cooking cream

Instructions

    Brown the meat

    1. Warm the olive oil in a large pot.
    2. Sauté onion and garlic briefly.
    3. Add the ground beef and brown it well.

    Build the soup

    1. Stir the tomato paste into the meat and let it cook for a minute.
    2. Add chopped tomatoes and beef stock.
    3. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.

    1. Add the broken lasagna sheets to the soup.
