  • 4 stk Small zucchini
  • 3 stk Bell peppers
  • 200 g Short-grain rice
  • 3 stk Tomatoes, finely diced
  • 30 g Fresh parsley and dill, chopped
  • 2 spsk Tomato paste
  • 1 tsk Cumin and cinnamon

    Prepare vegetables

    1. Hollow out zucchini. Remove seeds from peppers.

    1. Mix rice, diced tomatoes, herbs, spices, and a little oil.

    1. Fill vegetables ¾ full. Place in baking dish. Pour diluted tomato paste over. Bake at 180°C for 60 min.
