Mas huni
- 200 g smoked tuna (Maldive fish) or canned tuna, drained
- 1 dl freshly grated coconut
- 1 stk red onion, finely chopped
- 1 stk fresh green chili, finely chopped
- 1 stk lime, juiced
- 5 stk curry leaves, finely shredded (optional)

Shred the tuna
- Shred the smoked tuna with your fingers or a fork in a bowl until evenly flaked.

Mix the mas huni
- Add grated coconut, chopped onion, chili and curry leaves to the tuna.
- Squeeze the lime juice over and mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately with roshi flatbread. Mas huni is best enjoyed fresh.
