  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 stk onion, finely chopped
  • 2 fed garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 spsk olive oil
  • 1 spsk taco seasoning
  • 2 spsk tomato paste
  • 1 dåse chopped tomatoes
  • 1 dåse kidney beans, drained
  • 8 dl beef stock
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 0.5 tsk pepper
  • 150 g red cheddar, grated

Instructions

    Brown the meat

    1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.
    2. Sauté onion and garlic for a couple of minutes.
    3. Add the ground beef and brown it well.

    Build the soup

    1. Stir taco seasoning and tomato paste into the meat.
    2. Add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans and beef stock.

    Simmer the soup

    1. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
    2. Season with salt and pepper.
