    • 8.8 oz Pizza dough (homemade or ready)
    • 1 tsp Oil for brushing
  • Toppings (for 2–4 minis)

    • ½ cup Tomato sauce
    • 4.2 oz Mozzarella, grated
    • ½ tsp Oregano

    Shape the minis

    1. Divide dough into 2–4 small balls. Roll or press flat so they fit the air-fryer basket without overlapping.

    Top lightly

    1. Brush lightly with oil. Add a thin sauce layer, mozzarella and oregano. Press the cheese lightly down.

    1. Air-fry at 190 °C / 375 °F for 6–10 minutes until the rim is golden and cheese bubbles. Cook in batches if the basket is small.
